This is a specialized coaching program for Team Leaders that are implementing a recruiting system in the Market Center.

Program Introduction

The Team Leader Recruiting System Provides:

best practices for follow up and follow up programs - easy to implement methods for meeting follow up 8x8, 12 direct and 33 touch
specific contact type categories for accurate tracking of all candidates and their place in the process
action plans and templated materials for programs
coaching for both TL and staff to implement the recruiting system in Top Producer
agent intake/exit plans and materials also included!

The specific benefits of the system are:

Focus on the right activities for TL and staff
Task delegation to staff for follow up and marketing activities
Automation of follow up activities via automated emails and sequentially triggered action plan activities
Documented system that is easy to execute
Tested program that is up and running in many market centers

There is an additional $1000 sign up fee for the first month, and this covers 2 additional hours of coaching and setup time to import or make changes to the recruiting data into your database. If you are already enrolled in Mastery Coaching, this program is only $800 monthly and requires the $1000 setup fee.
